📋 Description

• Engage with internal customers to drive clinical direction for enablement, technical documentation, and instructional design • Liaise with clinicians across the organization to tailor enablement and marketing assets for clinical relevance and customer value • Participate in the full training lifecycle • Write clinically relevant workflow scripts for e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive simulations • Collaborate with Strategic Enablement and Marketing to create marketing assets, job aids, e-learning modules, video tutorials, and interactive simulations • Provide strategic clinical education and guidance for TMS software products • Recommend industry best practices and present clinical proof to drive enablement priorities • Support analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, optimization, and maintenance of TMS Medical products and strategic projects • Apply knowledge of clinical care, practice standards, patient flow, and operational processes • Perform other reasonable employment tasks assigned by a leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Dietetics, Nursing, Allied Health, Informatics) • Healthcare license or related certification is strongly preferred, such as Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, or Milk Tech • 3+ years of direct clinical work experience in a milk lab environment, neonatal intensive care/pediatrics, or clinical informatics • Thorough expertise in all TMS software applications and products • Ability to interpret, translate, and apply complex technical and clinical information • Experience analyzing clinical and technical requirements to formulate enablement strategies • Ability to write operational procedures in both technical and user-oriented language • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead proactive organizational and workflow changes • Effective deadline and priority management • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, and GDrive • Proficiency with screen capture and video editing tools is an asset, but not a requirement • Ability to work remotely with frequent cross-departmental interaction • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to travel occasionally to customer/pilot sites, conferences, and strategic planning meetings in Canada and the USA
