📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Marketing. • Develop and execute strategic brand plans and engagement strategies for Tolmar products. • Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and external vendors. • Determine market research needs to influence prescribing decisions. • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer targets through competitive analysis, positioning, and marketing strategy assessments. • Integrate information and data across functions and geographies to create decisive business insights. • Analyze product performance against key performance initiatives and adjust plans. • Develop tactical plans and key performance indicators for brands. • Determine effective marketing communication channels. • Develop, edit, proofread, revise, and manage approval of training and promotional materials, including MLP or PAAB processes. • Track inventory and expiry dates. • Ship promotional material to representatives. • Present during POA sessions to the field organization. • Attend and represent the company at conferences and community events. • Manage expense budgets, create sales forecasts, and ensure consistent practices throughout the product life cycle. • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and Tolmar standards and policies. • Report potential adverse events, safety information, and product complaints to Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor degree is required. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. • Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product information • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical skills and proven strategic thinker • Ability to manage multiple projects both inside and outside the organization • Product Manager level: a minimum of 2 years’ progressive marketing experience • Experience in Urology and Oncology an asset • Fluency in both French and English preferred • Experience in a start-up or part of an expansion sales force preferred • The position is based in Quebec or Ontario • Travel is required up to 25%
