📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate full stack features from technical design through deployment and production support • Partner with Product and Design during discovery to shape scope, identify technical trade-offs, and provide estimates • Write technical designs and guide architecture decisions • Build automated testing, observability, and operational ownership into delivery • Raise engineering standards through code review, mentoring, and shared patterns • Identify and resolve issues across the stack to maintain stable, performant systems • Participate in the on-call rotation and incident follow-through • Use AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production-grade systems with user-facing APIs • Strong full stack foundation in TypeScript, Node.js, REST, GraphQL, React, and Next.js • Experience designing and operating distributed systems, including event-driven architectures, message queues, eventual consistency, concurrency, and race-condition handling • Strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability • Database experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server, including schema design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization • Experience with metrics, logging, tracing, on-call participation, and end-to-end delivery ownership • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts • Ability to work with Product, Design, and QA • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
