• Define the aviation growth strategy • Build executive-level relationships with airport owners and public agencies • Lead high-value pursuits end-to-end • Mentor our business development staff • Maintain accurate forecasting
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of business development, capture, or client development experience • Established experience in aviation (or adjacent public infrastructure) • Proven success leading complex, executive-level pursuits • Executive presence to establish credibility with senior clients • Experience directing capture and proposal efforts
