📋 Description

• Build highly reliable data services integrating with dozens of blockchains • Develop complex ETL pipelines processing petabytes of structured and unstructured data in real time • Design and architect data models optimized for storage, retrieval, and sub-second blockchain-data query latency • Oversee deployment and monitoring of large database clusters with a focus on performance and high availability • Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to design and implement data models enhancing TRM products • Build scalable self-service automation for database and cluster scaling and maintenance • Identify 80/20 opportunities to shorten delivery timelines and prioritize must-have functionality • Build first-version “skateboards,” such as observability dashboards, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting distributed system architecture and guiding projects from ideation through production deployment • Exceptional programming skills in Python • Proficiency in SQL or SparkSQL • Experience with data stores and engines such as Iceberg, Trino, BigQuery, StarRocks, and Citus • Proficiency with data pipeline and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow and DBT • Expertise in data processing and streaming technologies including Spark, Kafka, and Flink • Experience deploying and monitoring infrastructure in public cloud platforms • Proficiency with Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Datadog • Ability to load, query, and transform extensive datasets • AI fluency, including applying AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage
