📋 Description

• Manage onboarding end to end, including employment agreements, cross-functional coordination, background checks, eligibility verification, and welcoming first-day experiences • Support recruiting efforts • Handle US and Canadian benefits questions, US open enrollment, benefits administration, and coordination with the US benefits broker • Administer Namely, Lever, Metacompliance, CultureAmp, and Google Workspace; maintain accurate, audit-ready employee data • Maintain employee files and status changes according to policy and retention requirements • Support the CFO, COO, and VP, Global People Operations with audit documentation • Keep employee lifecycle process documentation current for employees, interns, and contractors • Run HR software/system reports and maintain data accuracy and consistency • Help run rewards, recognition, and learning and development programs • Contribute to the culture team • Partner with Legal and Finance on policy rollouts, US tax registration, and ad hoc projects • Answer HR inquiries and identify opportunities to streamline processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle HR or People Operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment • Hands-on experience with HRIS and HR technology • Familiarity with both US and Canadian benefits and employment practices • Sharp attention to detail and strong organization • Comfort working across teams and levels • BA/BS preferred
