📋 Description
• Design, implement, and manage health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs across North America • Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with TYLin’s workforce and business strategy • Monitor plan performance, utilization, and cost trends; recommend improvements based on data and market benchmarks • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations • Maintain plan documentation, policies, and audit readiness
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 15+ years of experience in benefits or total rewards within North America • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits practices and regulatory environments • Experience in a professional services, engineering, or consulting organization preferred • Demonstrated experience leading benefits due diligence
