📋 Description

• Support management of project scope, schedule, and cost • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects • Develop, maintain, and communicate discipline-specific scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverable lists • Represent the discipline in internal and client cross-functional project discussions • Identify technical or compliance risks and escalate appropriately • Participate in early project planning to identify discipline-specific resource needs • Maintain visibility into resource assignments, workload distribution, and dependencies across active projects • Track discipline hours against budget and forecast and provide accurate reporting to Project Management • Provide information for future proposal development • Communicate resource-related risks and develop mitigation strategies • Document resource risks and communication impacts for stakeholders • Identify and communicate workflow inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 1–3+ years of experience supporting engineering project delivery, power system studies, protection & controls, or compliance documentation • Familiarity with common generator/IBR standards and deliverables • Ability to organize and prioritize across multiple projects, manage action items, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Strong documentation skills, including meeting notes, status updates, deliverable trackers, risk logs, and evidence indices • Experience with document control concepts, including versioning, review/approval workflows, transmittals, and auditable project records • Intermediate Excel skills, including trackers, pivots, and basic formulas • Comfort working in SharePoint/Teams or other collaboration platforms for controlled file sharing • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively with internal SMEs and external clients/vendors • Permanent authorization to work in Canada • NERC experience preferred
