📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for partner travel agencies and their luxury travel clients • Provide personalized, attentive, and informative service • Use persuasive skills and strong closing techniques to convert leads into bookings • Create bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to client preferences • Handle a high volume of leads and consistently exceed targeted goals • Proactively address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage issues during the booking and travel process • Maintain availability to clients at all times • Build and strengthen relationships with partner agencies through communication, regular updates, proactive follow-ups, and support • Encourage repeat bookings • Maintain accurate and detailed client interaction, travel preference, and booking records in the internal CRM system • Stay current with luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments • Provide informed travel recommendations to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an experienced Travel Agent, specializing in booking Tropics/Caribbean itineraries, with 3+ years of proven sales success • Tropics must be your passion • Basic understanding of margins vs markups • Excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and ensure client satisfaction • Strong relationship-based sales skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Keen eye for detail and ability to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and travel reservation software • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative • Ability to provide professional English proficiency level
