• You will be the face of the company in your territory, actively marketing, demonstrating, and selling new and used agricultural equipment. • Your role involves promoting a range of company goods and services while keeping customers informed about special promotions and events. • You’ll build strong relationships with both new and existing customers by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services. • Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and attending training sessions and trade shows will help you provide expert guidance and support, ensuring our customers receive the best solutions for their farming and turf needs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Competitive self-starter with discipline and goal orientation • Excellent communication and listening skills • Strong organization and time management • Familiarity with farming practices, GPS, and Precision Agriculture • Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming communities • Ability to work rotating weekends • Preferred Experience in agricultural sales or customer-facing roles • Familiarity with John Deere products
