📋 Description

• Support the design and creation of The UPS Store franchise network training programs and materials using instructional design methods • Collaborate with subject matter experts, managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to identify instructional needs and recommend training solutions • Manage and coordinate the design, development, and implementation of instructor-led training programs and materials • Create Trainer Guides, Participant Guides, trainer slide decks, Quick Reference Guides, FAQs, Job Aids, Information Sheets, instructional video scripts, and web-based training • Upload new training elements into the learning management system for the franchise network • Coordinate with SMEs and project managers through planning, content brainstorming, media development, and writing • Produce instructional materials for classroom, e-learning, video, and written job-aid delivery methods • Develop course content outlines, curricula, creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts • Gather training-needs data and learning interventions • Write course content and create relevant graphics • Collect text, graphics, animations, audio, glossary content, and test questions • Review procedures and guidelines to ensure materials meet learning goals • Identify innovations in online-learning technology and recommend improvements • Collaborate with internal clients, SMEs, and project managers on project direction and management • Design surveys, questionnaires, and other evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge of visual design principles and ability to create visually appealing and engaging learning materials • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience creating executive-level reports, dashboards, and data visualizations communicating training participation, completion rates, knowledge retention, and program performance trends • Instructional Design experience in a corporate environment • Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Training and Development, Project Management, English, Graphic Design, or related discipline (preferred) • Experience in an adult learning or training environment (preferred) • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) (preferred) • Experience using Adobe Suites, Rise 360, Articulate, and/or Storyline (preferred) • Awareness of graphic design, audio-video production, and editing principles as they relate to learning content • Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design • Project management and project implementation knowledge • Multicultural agility
