📋 Description

• Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and communicate complex analyses clearly to external stakeholders • Own deal-related analyses supporting new and existing lending-partner partnerships across Upstart products • Analyze deal economics, performance tradeoffs, risk/return profiles, and product configurations • Translate analytical findings into recommendations informing deal structuring, pricing, and strategic decisions • Partner with Capital Markets, Sales, Product, and Finance teams • Drive lending-partner adoption of the Upstart platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions consulting, strategy, analytics, or a related role • SQL/Python proficiency and comfort working directly with data • Ability to work with large datasets and perform rigorous quantitative analysis • Experience partnering with centralized analytics or data science teams • Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting using Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar tools • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating in cross-functional environments • Preferred: experience in fintech, capital markets, lending, or financial products • Preferred: experience with multiple lending products, including personal loans, auto, or home lending • Preferred: familiarity with deal economics, risk/return analysis, or portfolio analytics
