• Develop and execute a proactive outside sales strategy targeting channel partners (e.g., payroll providers, fintech platforms, resellers, B2C disbursement solutions) • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and demand-generation marketing activities • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners, demonstrating the value of our prepaid solutions • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans outlining strategies and activities to achieve revenue targets; conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate progress and adjust plans as needed • Coordinate and leverage U.S. Bank resources and stakeholders, including direct sales teams, product managers, and marketing support, to advance partnership goals and capture sales opportunities • Develop strategic integration partnerships and leverage embedded payments opportunities to cross-sell additional disbursement solutions • Support field marketing initiatives, including staffing trade show booths and delivering engaging sales presentations • Ensure compliance alignment during partner discovery and onboarding through collaboration with governance and risk teams • Track performance metrics (pipeline growth, partner activation, revenue contribution) and report progress regularly
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Seven to nine or more years of relevant work experience • Ability to travel (local and regional, some national)
