• Maintain and update course-level transfer equivalencies in Banner in alignment with CCNS standards, institutional policy, and academic department expectations • Ensure articulation data consistency across Banner, published catalog, website, and internal/external transfer tools • Identify and resolve discrepancies across Banner, CCNS, AcademyOne, and published materials • Apply and interpret transfer and articulation policies to evaluate coursework and determine equivalencies • Ensure compliance with institutional and statewide standards and legislation • Manage articulation data integrity through auditing, reporting, and analysis • Identify trends, inconsistencies, and process-improvement opportunities • Support Pre-Transfer Credit Evaluations, shared inbox management, and related workflow coordination • Participate in transfer recruitment and outreach through regional visits, events, Admissions collaboration, communications, and enrollment-related activities • Assist with office operations, documentation, routine processes, and administrative functions • Coordinate with academic departments, Registrar, Admissions, and external partners to update articulations and resolve discrepancies • Respond to transfer student emails and phone calls • Perform miscellaneous duties, participate in goal setting, and attend training and professional development
• Bachelor’s Degree • Two years of work-related experience • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP • Experience evaluated on a full-time equivalent basis; relevant part-time experience prorated by hours worked • Applicants must include average hours worked per week for current and previous positions • Experience with transfer credit evaluation, articulation, or curriculum-related processes is desired • Experience using a student information system, preferably Banner • Data management and analysis experience, including Excel or similar tools • Experience applying academic policies and procedures • Experience working with faculty, academic departments, and student services units • Knowledge of transfer practices, articulation frameworks, and higher education regulatory or accreditation environments is preferred • Cover letter, resume or C.V., and contact information for four work-related references required with application • Must be eligible to work in the United States; H-1B or work visa sponsorship is unavailable
