📋 Description

• Lead concurrent delivery of the firm's most complex client engagements • Manage integrated project plans, delivery cadence, governance artifacts, risks, issues, decisions, changes, stakeholders, and communications • Own engagement budgets, actual burn, forecasts, margins, commercial cases, utilization planning, work-in-progress, and revenue-recognition inputs • Own stage-gate readiness and recommend whether to proceed, proceed with conditions, pause, or escalate • Manage full engagement lifecycle from pre-sales handoff and mobilization through discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, value realization, and close-out • Enforce change control, governance, delivery standards, and artifact quality • Identify, quantify, mitigate, and escalate delivery, commercial, technical, and client-side risks • Produce decision-ready governance materials and support executive stakeholder communications • Lead recovery and re-baselining of engagements that have lost schedule, margin, or client confidence • Coach Project Managers and contribute to delivery standards, templates, onboarding materials, and lessons learned • Use approved AI tooling to draft, summarize, and maintain project artifacts while validating outputs and protecting client data • Surface renewal, expansion, and risk-to-account signals and contribute delivery expertise to pursuits

🎯 Requirements

• Eight to ten or more years of project delivery experience in professional services, management consulting, or systems integration • Sustained ownership of client-facing engagements • Experience managing multiple concurrent complex engagements and their financial health • Full-lifecycle ownership from pre-sales handoff through close-out • Commercial accountability for budget, forecast accuracy, margin, work-in-progress, utilization, and revenue-recognition inputs • Experience with directive delivery models, stage-gate governance, change control, and artifact standards • Experience recovering engagements that lost schedule, margin, or client confidence, including re-baselining and renegotiating expectations • Executive-grade written and verbal communication and senior governance facilitation • Quality and risk management discipline covering methodology, confidentiality, contractual, compliance, and engagement risks • Ability to coach Project Managers and review delivery artifacts without line-management authority • Preferred: Atlassian ecosystem experience, including Jira and Confluence • Preferred: Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments • Preferred: Relevant project, program, portfolio, Agile, or Atlassian certification • Preferred: Pursuit support through estimates, delivery approach, resourcing models, and statements of work • Preferred: Practice development through standards, templates, onboarding, enablement, or delivery quality programs
