📋 Description

• As a Technical Lead – AEM & Edge Delivery Services (EDS), you are responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture, and delivery excellence of digital experience platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services. • You bring deep backend expertise combined with leadership capabilities, guiding engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. • Play a critical role in shaping solution architecture, enforcing best practices, and mentoring developers, while remaining hands-on in complex implementations. • Own and drive solution architecture for AEM Cloud Service and EDS implementations. • Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines. • Establish and enforce non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, resiliency). • Lead design decisions across backend architecture, APIs, and integrations. • Partner with Architects to align technical solutions with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering • 6+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • 4+ years working with AEM as a Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services (EDS) • Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Lead role • Strong expertise in: Java (11+/17), Sling, OSGi, JCR, Oak, AEM Core Components, Content Fragments & GraphQL APIs • Experience with Universal Editor and EDS delivery models • Deep understanding of: API design (REST/GraphQL), Integration patterns & event-driven architectures, Messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
