📋 Description

• Monitor network and system performance using monitoring tools and software • Identify and troubleshoot network and system issues, escalating as necessary • Perform basic system and network configurations and deployments • Maintain accurate documentation of network and system configurations and changes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions • Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications • Communicate network and system issues to internal and external stakeholders • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours incidents as needed • Create and accurately notate tickets to account for time • Manage personal workload and meet service level agreements (SLAs) • Perform additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • Experience with network and system monitoring tools • ConnectWise Ticketing, OpenDNS, Kaseya VSA, and PRTG experience is a plus • Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching • Basic understanding of server and operating system concepts, including Windows and Linux • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes • Successful applicant must pass criminal and Department of Motor Vehicles background checks • Must meet Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) requirements post-employment
