📋 Description

• Own customer provisioning from start to finish and lead automation to make provisioning self-service for the Customer Success team • Restore specific database tables from nightly backups, fix data issues, and support customers with bulk uploads • Develop, maintain, and support automated processes and services • Support system migrations, backups, and recovery activities • Build, optimize, and support BI reporting solutions • Translate customer business needs into practical technical solutions • Use AI tools to work smarter and faster • Grow into Azure cloud administration, infrastructure, and security and compliance work depending on experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field • Hands-on software development experience; Microsoft Visual Studio preferred • Confidence working with databases, including Microsoft SQL Server preferred, restoring data from backups, making data changes, and handling bulk data uploads • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI • Fluency in written and spoken English • Collaborative, service-minded, and adaptable approach • Comfort partnering with non-technical teams and moving between different types of work • Commitment to continued learning • Bonus: experience with process automation, Azure cloud services and infrastructure administration, or supporting SOC 2 or similar audits
