📋 Description

• Manage, configure, and secure fleet devices using MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Ivanti • Write and maintain deployment scripts to automate device enrollment, application installation, and system configurations • Manage user lifecycles, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory and Google Workspace Enterprise • Maintain directory integrations, SSO configurations, and security access controls • Provide Tier 2/3 engineering and daily troubleshooting support for macOS, Windows, and Linux environments • Resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for local and remote users • Maintain IT documentation, inventory assets, and contribute to internal knowledge bases

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced administration of macOS and Windows 10/11 • Solid CLI familiarity and basic troubleshooting in Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat) environments • Proven experience designing and implementing zero-touch provisioning • Strong Bash/Zsh and PowerShell scripting skills tailored for Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Ivanti Endpoint Manager • Hands-on experience with local/hybrid Active Directory, including GPOs and security groups • Advanced administration of Google Workspace/Google Enterprise environments • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and endpoint security best practices • Outstanding customer service orientation and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
