📋 Description

• Lead projects to implement new SuccessFactors modules or functionality • Own functional development, design, and configuration across the People Technology landscape • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on technologies, impact assessments, integrations, and business process changes • Gather and understand requirements, processes, and impacted systems including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and HR-data technologies • Serve as SuccessFactors HCM system expert and data subject matter expert • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements • Manage and monitor system permissions and security • Partner with IT to develop solutions • Define testing strategy, scripts, execution, and production-release sign-off • Maintain system knowledge and make process, system, configuration, and roles/permissions changes • Manage system upgrades and coordinate with IT and stakeholders to minimize disruption

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of HRIS experience required • Deep knowledge of implementing and supporting SuccessFactors HCM • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field • Experience working within an HCM system • Experience leading HR system implementations • Experience leading initiatives from inception through post-go-live and providing updates to necessary parties • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and change management skills • Strong process and continuous improvement mindset • Must be 21 years of age or older • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field preferred • 10 years of human resources experience preferred • Previous manufacturing industry experience preferred
