📋 Description

• Review, assess, and perform data entry for photo enforcement program events using web-based tools • Align processing determinations and escalated actions with client-specific written instructions • Adapt processing behaviors based on feedback or changes to rules documentation • Achieve production and quality goals assigned by the Processing Department • Use basic computer skills to access and interpret performance reporting • Perform other assigned office/clerical duties • Report within the Operations Group to the Operations Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to determine the proper communication medium based on the issue • Professionalism and ability to work well with different groups of people • Self-motivated, quality-driven, strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines in a productivity-driven environment • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Teams, and web browsers • Ability to learn and navigate various computer systems/software • Ability to sit for long periods for data entry/event processing
