📋 Description

• Partner with physicians and the care team to understand workflows • Design and build day-to-day clinical tools • Automate toil that takes time away from serving patients • Prototype AI-driven care workflows • Develop a patient experience the company fully controls • Design a data platform maintaining a complete, living picture of each patient • Enable humans and AI to work together safely and efficiently • Establish a rigorous, collaborative engineering culture • Help build the engineering team • Work with the CEO to shape the roadmap for technology-enabled healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience • At least one stretch at an early-stage company as one of the first builders • Track record of using AI effectively in your own work • Experience with the challenges of running agent-driven systems in production • Full-stack skillset • Strong data instincts, including modeling messy real-world data • Ability to design durable schemas • Ability to build trustworthy pipelines for health records • Bonus: experience with healthcare data, including EHR integrations, FHIR, claims, or wearables • Strong judgment and shipping focus
