📋 Description

• Own capacity management and forecasting processes across complex technical environments • Drive continuous improvements to planning, documentation, and operational workflows • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they impact delivery • Develop scalable processes that improve operational efficiency • Ensure capacity planning aligns with business priorities and technical requirements • Lead end-to-end technical initiatives across multiple teams • Coordinate engineering efforts to deliver complex programs successfully • Drive execution while balancing competing priorities • Track program health, risks, dependencies, and milestones • Build trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery • Identify opportunities to expand engagement and create additional client value • Work closely with engineering teams on technical planning and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years managing complex technology programs • Experience leading end-to-end technical initiatives • Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience • Demonstrated experience with capacity planning and forecasting • Experience improving operational processes at scale • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences • Experience working alongside engineering teams on technical delivery • Previous ownership of production systems or large operational environments
