• First Point of Contact for Clients: Consultative, supportive face for assigned clients. • Develop and Execute Customer Management Plans: Focus on Key Accounts and Affiliates. • Meet sales targets: Collaborate with clients and team to deliver on sales targets. • Foster Client Accounts: Build positive relationships with key decision-makers and monitor account progress. • Drive Growth: Contribute to sales, drive team growth, help clients transform their business.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client relationship/account management role with exposure to selling. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling and maintaining business software solutions and/or cloud-based (Saas) technology in SMB markets. • Microsoft Familiarity with the market or industry ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite would be considered an asset. • Sound understanding of business operations and general accounting principles. • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, consultative, and negotiation skills. • Customer-centric approach to problem solving. • Bilingualism: Conversational - upper Intermediate in both English and French.
