📋 Description

• Coordinate client project requests between Regional Sales, Project Delivery, Technical, and Product teams • Coordinate new opportunities, cloud service quotes, hosting services, system builds, provisioning timelines, and project go-lives • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather accurate technical and project details • Resolve discrepancies and keep requests moving forward • Use Smartsheet and Zendesk to collect, reconcile, and share project information • Support clear, timely communication across internal teams • Partner with Project Managers to support successful project delivery • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements • Work with internal teams to streamline operations and strengthen client success

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project delivery experience working with internal and external clients • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Systems, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills across multiple workflows • Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills • Technical aptitude with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Exposure to ERP systems, AWS, cloud solutions, or technical infrastructure • Exposure to SAP Business One is an asset • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project/task management tools
