• Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from company-provided strategic target lists, and inbound marketing qualified leads (MQLs) • Convert all MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with our team of Practice Revenue Advisors • Accurately track all sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce • Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members • Attend training and ensure comprehensive knowledge of both the value and the technical aspects of the Vyne Dental product offerings • Understand the competitive landscape and keep current on competitors' offerings and industry trends • Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner • Work with all other departments as needed to achieve overall company goals on sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention • Other duties as assigned
• 0-1 year of experience in an inside sales call center preferred • Door-to-door either setters or closers or collections agencies a plus • Working knowledge of sales process and customer service • Experience in the dental industry, specifically dental billing and practice management is a plus • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus • GSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus
