📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass monthly quotas in a high velocity sales environment • From new lead to actively using our product, guiding the customer and collaborating with our onboarding and risk teams to deliver a seamless launch of our product to clients • Become an expert on our product and the industry so you can advise our clients and develop high trust • You will always being looking to more deeply understand every client and see challenges as an opportunity to grow • Daily look to grow by reading, listening to podcasts, learning from your peers and teammates, and looking for ways to constantly improve how we get things done • Go above and beyond to not just deliver against your own goals but support team and company initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Previous SMB sales experience, ideally within payroll software or SaaS. • Fluently bilingual (oral, written, communication) in French & English. • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • An ability to sell on value vs features and functions • Experience thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment. • A deep sense of curiosity and desire to grow • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage opportunities and communications. • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. • Bonus points if: You have experience using HubSpot CRM.
