📋 Description

• Monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity • Identify fraud trends and recommend prevention strategies • Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve cases and reduce risk • Strengthen fraud awareness through guidance, procedures, and training • Protect customers, data, and assets • Advance fraud prevention efforts in a regulated financial-services organization

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant fraud, investigation, risk, or data analysis experience in a regulated environment • A bachelor’s degree, ABA Certificate in Fraud Prevention or a related credential, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM • Must be based in New Hampshire
