📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all R&D teams, at any level and complexity • Build proactive pipelines for niche technical roles before requisitions open • Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and Finance on headcount, prioritization, and market conditions • Use AI-forward sourcing and workflow tools while maintaining a strong candidate experience • Track recruiting KPIs, identify risks early, and refine hiring strategy using data • Run interview loops, debriefs, and closing processes • Coach junior recruiters and raise the team's recruiting standards • Improve recruiting processes and tooling for scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience • Track record of independently closing complex, senior, or niche searches • Hands-on Ashby experience required • Proven ability to recruit across Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Platform Engineering • Fluency with modern sourcing platforms and AI tooling • Test-and-learn mindset for improving sourcing and workflow tools • Judgment to navigate ambiguity and calibrate hiring bars • Ability to challenge hiring decisions when appropriate • Relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers • Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously • Legally eligible to work in Canada
