📋 Description

• Own and administer Sage Intacct and related finance systems • Configure modules, workflows, reports, user access, role permissions, and system updates • Lead and support integrations with Salesforce, payroll, procurement, banking, reporting, and other enterprise platforms • Monitor finance system data flows and validate system outputs • Support reconciliations and accurate information for accounting, treasury, investments, and financial reporting • Drive finance systems optimization and automation initiatives • Improve workflows, testing, reporting, and process efficiency while reducing manual spreadsheets and journal-entry workarounds • Manage ERP user roles, permissions, access governance, system controls, segregation of duties, and audit-ready documentation • Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, IT, and finance stakeholders on system changes, issue resolution, integrations, testing, and user adoption • Provide system support and training to finance users • Troubleshoot system issues and deliver reporting and process tools • Execute new implementations • Develop and maintain SOPs, policies, checklists, user guides, and system and process documentation • Support BI, dashboard, and reporting development • Coordinate finance requirements, data definitions, and recurring management or operational reporting improvements • Establish and support data quality monitoring, reporting governance, audit readiness, and compliance for finance systems and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience • 5-7 years of experience supporting finance systems, ERP platforms, finance technology environments, system integrations, or finance transformation initiatives • Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct • Experience supporting configuration, workflows, user access, reporting, testing, and system optimization • Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial close, reporting, controls, and data integrity • Experience working with external implementation partners, consultants, technology vendors, IT teams, and finance users • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate finance operational needs into system functionality • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment • Strong alignment with WES mission and values • Sage Intacct administration or certification preferred • Experience in a nonprofit, social enterprise, or mission-driven organization desired • Familiarity with Sage Intacct, Vena, Salesforce, or UKG desired • Candidates based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Nova Scotia, or willing to relocate
