📋 Description

• Execute effective and innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent • Conduct complex internet searches using search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, recruitment tools, and databases • Network and build robust candidate pools across positions and locations • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organizational culture fit • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction • Update and maintain applicant tracking system data and reports • Participate in special projects as assigned

• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment • Creative candidate sourcing and networking skills • Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics- and deadline-driven environment • Ability to meet and exceed monthly performance expectations and goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt to change and demonstrate flexibility when direction or priorities shift • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously • Excellent organization and time management skills • Familiarity with social media • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Suite programs
