📋 Description

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments • Manage, configure, and optimize Proofpoint Email Protection, Threat Response, TAP, and DLP policies • Administer Microsoft Defender for Office 365, SPF/DKIM/DMARC policies, and TLS configurations • Serve as a subject matter expert in email routing, delivery troubleshooting, mail flow policies, and message trace analysis • Implement best practices for email retention, legal hold, eDiscovery, and compliance • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system administration • Provide Tier 3 support and guidance to junior engineers and IT support teams • Lead migrations and integrations related to the Messaging Service, including acquisition support

🎯 Requirements

• Long-standing experience architecting and maintaining Microsoft messaging and collaboration solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology • Minimum 5 years of work experience • In-depth knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication protocols • Experience with secure mail gateway configurations • Experience with Microsoft 365 Compliance Center • Experience with Proofpoint • Experience with email encryption solutions • Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • Ability to travel up to 10%
