• Initiate, design and coordinate market and customer experience research initiatives • Coordinate and execute day-to-day research requirements for a designated client-focused area • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from customer feedback tools across touchpoints and product categories • Transform customer feedback data into relevant insights supporting internal business processes and strategies • Develop communication methods and reports to share customer insights across the organization • Combine surveys, data analytics and secondary data sources into unified views for business areas • Apply leading industry practices in research and insight techniques • Participate in projects supporting corporate or departmental priorities • Manage the complete process of qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary research studies • Liaise with external suppliers • Build relationships with internal teams, departments and business units to identify research needs • Determine customer insight objectives and provide data-driven insights and recommendations • Support strategic initiatives, business plans and operational forecasting • Pursue self-development and participate in knowledge transfer
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline including business economics, statistics and/or research • Certified Market Research Professional (CMRP) and/or course work completed from the Market Research Intelligence Association (MRIA) • 3 to 5 years progressively responsible experience in market or customer research • Experience using or managing online panels • Experience managing large-scale and ongoing brand, loyalty or market studies • Experience analyzing data using statistical tools such as SPSS is an asset • Experience administering and using survey platforms such as Qualtrics is an asset • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills • Strong time management, multitasking and project management skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to act on own initiative, exercise sound judgment and prioritize work • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to simplify complex information • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite • Must be at least 19 years of age • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
