📋 Description

• Identify critical test scenarios for pension calculations • Execute tests using pension calculation software • Verify calculation results and document detected anomalies • Ensure follow-up on resolution of detected anomalies • Collaborate with functional leaders and business analysts to define test scope and criteria • Analyze technical documents and configuration specifications • Maintain and enhance the test suite based on new features and system modifications • Participate in calculation review sessions and team meetings • Collaborate with development, actuarial, and business teams to resolve issues • Propose improvements to verification and testing processes

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance • 3+ years of relevant experience in defined benefit pension plan administration • Experience in calculation verification and/or implementation of pension plan calculation systems • Proficiency with pension calculation software • Advanced Excel skills • VBA programming knowledge (asset) • Excellent organizational skills and priority management • Ability to solve complex problems • Strong attention to detail and professional rigor • Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently • Candidates whose job functions require work at a Data Center and/or access to detailed technology knowledge are subject to Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada
