📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Build and develop a customer base using TD’s brand • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Make joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance • Complete targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Integrate into TD’s employee-focused corporate culture and team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education preferred
