📋 Description

• Answer or make calls to clients to understand and address needs, complaints and product or service issues • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions and ensure clients feel supported • Actively listen, confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients as needed • Build lasting relationships with clients and call centre team members • Use software, scripts and tools to resolve incidents • Support the Kroll pharmacy application, including instruction and login troubleshooting • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets and printers • Perform data entry and research to troubleshoot customer problems • Document processes and procedures • Assist the IT/Technology department with projects or emergencies • Work with vendors to log tickets and follow up on requests • Track performance indicators including talk time per call, time to answer calls, tickets created and tickets solved

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years LTC pharmacy experience preferred • Proficiency with MS Office/Outlook • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred but not required • Team player • Detail oriented • Ability to work 8-hour shifts on rotating schedules: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, and 12pm-8pm • On-call shifts required after the 12pm-8pm shift, from 8pm-11pm • Must successfully pass satisfactory background screening and referencing • Education verification and current professional registration may be required depending on the role
