📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of short-duration IT projects involving technology service requests, infrastructure implementations, office relocations, and organizational changes • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams • Work closely with business stakeholders • Define and document requirements • Manage project deliverables • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with established IT, cybersecurity, and operational standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Technical Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role leading technical teams • 5+ years of experience defining project scope, objectives, and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders • 5+ years of experience developing project deliverables such as project charters, business cases, project plans, requirements documentation, and status reports • 5+ years of experience managing multiple IT projects concurrently • Strong experience working with technical and business stakeholders • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies and governance • Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple technical teams and stakeholders • Relevant post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
