📋 Description

• Lead and deliver cross-functional projects and business initiatives from initiation through completion • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, communication plans, and status reports • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and planning discussions • Establish clear objectives, deliverables, assumptions, constraints, and success measures • Collaborate with business leaders, vendors, subject matter experts, and cross-functional delivery teams • Prepare executive updates, recommendations, options analyses, and governance materials • Support Agile and hybrid delivery practices • Manage backlogs and roadmaps • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes • Coordinate communications, marketing, digital media, content production, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of business experience, including at least 3–4 years leading projects, programs, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives • Advanced project planning, execution, monitoring, and project close-out • Requirements gathering, business analysis, and scope definition • Scope management, including assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and change requests • Workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and process mapping • Stakeholder management, negotiation, influence, and consensus building • Risk, issue, dependency, and change management • Project governance, executive reporting, status updates, and decision support • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills • Cross-functional team leadership without direct reporting authority • Management of project interdependencies, competing priorities, and organizational impacts • Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies • Agile backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement • Project management coaching and improvement of delivery practices • Microsoft 365 and project management, scheduling, reporting, backlog management, and collaboration tools • Strong organizational, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Ability to coordinate communications, marketing, digital media, events, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement initiatives • Relevant post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent credential
