📋 Description

• Participate in technical discovery, research, and project planning activities • Contribute to field research and user interviews when required • Lead technical discovery and create technical diagrams and documentation • Design and develop scalable software solutions based on business and user requirements • Develop and enhance features for production applications • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and non-functional defects • Improve application code quality, development tooling, and technical documentation • Collaborate with frontend-designers to deliver solutions with a consistent user experience • Work closely with Product Owners to evaluate technical implementation options • Support solution deployment, launch, and ongoing production development • Develop reusable components and common technical capabilities • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution • Maintain technical documentation and development standards • Support onboarding of technical team members • Contribute to improving development, testing, quality, and delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • 5+ years of experience using source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development • 5+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an Agile environment • 3+ years of experience with automated unit testing and integration testing • 3+ years of experience working with database technologies, including relational databases and alternatives • 3+ years of experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and technologies
