📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the completion of complex IT projects • Develop project charters, business plans, project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans • Define project objectives, scope, assumptions, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables • Manage multiple projects, project resources, vendors, and project governance • Identify, analyze, monitor, and mitigate project risks • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Manage the design and delivery of IT solutions • Prepare project status reports and executive-level presentations • Work closely with project sponsors, PMO, business leadership, and IT leadership • Lead stakeholder meetings and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders • Track and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies • Provide project leadership and guidance to project resources • Support change management and communication activities • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and frameworks • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, policies, standards, and business objectives • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• PMP certification • 10+ years of experience developing project schedules • 10+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, and managing risks on large, complex projects • 5+ years of experience implementing cloud-based projects and services • 12 years combined education/PMP experience • Experience developing and delivering large-scale IT solutions • Experience working with organizational policies, processes, and procedures • Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels • Experience managing large-scale projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Experience applying security controls to project solutions and designs • Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning • Experience implementing AI projects • Experience with process improvement, documentation, and requirements gathering • Experience working in or supporting the public sector
