📋 Description

• Design, build, and deliver AI agents and agentic workflows that turn usage, support, and renewal signals into saved renewals and cross-sell pipeline • Build AI agents that monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts early to account managers, with context and recommended next steps • Design and operate an agentic cross-sell motion: assess product fit, research accounts, personalize messaging, qualify interest, and route buying intent to Sales • Own the data flow between product usage systems and the CRM • Ensure data quality, sender reputation, and attribution accuracy • Replace manual processes with AI agents and reusable, autonomous pipeline modules • Report on generated pipeline, conversion, renewal outcomes, and revenue impact • Run controlled experiments without adding headcount • Turn deliverables into standard operating procedures, demos, and playbooks to drive team adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Background in RevOps, GTM or marketing operations, customer success operations, or GTM engineering, with hands-on experience designing automations • Hands-on experience with low-code orchestration (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for API integrations and data transformation • Comfortable with agentic tools and MCP connectors • Strong experience designing LLM workflows (agent orchestration, tool use, and evaluation) • Demonstrated experience delivering AI agents or LLM workflows to real users, not just prototypes • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating usage, support, and renewal data • Strong proficiency with a CRM and data modeling (HubSpot is an asset) • Clean integrations between product usage data and the CRM • Understanding of subscription business metrics (renewal rate, net retention, customer lifetime value) • Experience with, or a strong interest in, outbound and signal-based go-to-market approaches • Ability to work directly with Sales and Account Management • Asset: experience designing AI-driven qualification or scoring systems • Asset: background in B2B SaaS with multiple product lines, ideally in a product-led or demo-led environment • Asset: published technical content that makes complex systems accessible
