📋 Description

• Help architect the overall solution design • Deliver features and customizations within the current WMS and contribute to the next-generation WMS • Write high-quality code and maintain strong quality standards • Develop integration solutions connecting WMS with external services • Implement software development practices including CI/CD and automated testing • Maintain the WMS for smooth distribution-center operations • Work with operations and technology groups to identify improvements and design new features • Translate business requirements into technical design documents • Debug and troubleshoot WMS solutions and production issues with WMS Administrators • Scope and plan projects • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET, Ruby on Rails and React, or comparable modern technologies • Experience building both frontend experiences and backend services • Expert configuration experience with SQL database queries and stored procedures • Experience with Object Oriented Programming • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to embrace modern development tools, including AI-assisted tooling • Experience writing automated tests • Understanding of sound design principles and clean code practices • Experience with REST APIs and messaging queues • Openness to feedback and contributing to learning and mentorship culture
