📋 Description

• Own a whole product area end-to-end, from framing the problem through shipping and monitoring learnings • Design AI-first flows that keep customers in control • Simplify complex situations so users can understand and act confidently • Test bold bets with real customers, measure results, and adapt plans • Use AI to move from questions to testable solutions quickly • Raise design standards through critique, clear thinking, and decision-making • Partner with product and engineering leads from idea through launch • Design solutions for Microsoft 365 migration and governance workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing complex software for businesses, with shipped work you owned from the first question to the last detail • Systems thinking: design the whole journey and think about what happens next • Judgment to make difficult-to-reverse design decisions • Weekly habit of talking to real customers and using their behavior to guide direction • Ability to articulate and defend design rationale to designers, engineers, and executives • Fluency using AI in your workflow • Ability to refine and polish work directly in the real product and push changes to production • Comfort working without a clear brief and learning in the open • Experience designing for IT, security, data, or expert-user audiences is a bonus
