📋 Description

• Lead early-stage product development by identifying client needs and translating business challenges into product solutions • Lead discovery sessions, client interviews, and user research using design thinking methodologies • Conduct market and competitor research and validate potential solutions before development • Gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements • Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and evaluate feasibility • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities from discovery through implementation • Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to clients and leadership • Translate research findings and requirements into product recommendations • Evaluate, prioritize, and plan product improvements with product leadership and technical teams • Develop or collaborate on wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes • Serve as liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams • Manage stakeholder expectations and address conflicting requirements • Establish and improve product discovery, requirements gathering, and project management processes • Ensure client needs are understood, requirements are well-defined, and projects progress from discovery to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced professional • Experience in product discovery, design thinking, requirements gathering, and project management • Ability to lead discovery sessions, client interviews, and user research • Ability to conduct market and competitor research and analyze client feedback • Ability to gather, analyze, and document client and business requirements • Ability to create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate feasibility and align project scope • Experience managing project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, resolve blockers, and communicate updates • Ability to translate research and business requirements into product recommendations • Experience applying human-centered design principles • Ability to create or collaborate on wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate project decisions • Ability to establish and improve processes, documentation standards, and best practices • Must be available during standard US business hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM EST
