📋 Description

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoice review, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations • Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances • Monitor A/R aging and partner with the Treasury Manager on collections • Review APAC entities' payroll reports and transaction booking in NetSuite • Assist in month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as assigned • Prepare and post journal entries as needed • Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules • Analyze financial results and explain variances through Flux review • Support the annual financial audit and other ad hoc projects • Manage customer communications and assist the accounting team in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) • Strong experience with bookkeeping • Strong experience with General Ledger (GL) accounting • Strong experience with month-end close processes • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping • Experience with NetSuite accounting software and Salesforce CRM strongly preferred • Intermediate Excel skills • Knowledge of GAAP required • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship
