• Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key distributor partners • Serve as the main point of contact for high-priority accounts • Develop customized account strategies to drive sales • Lead efforts to expand business with existing clients • Serve as a trusted advisor to dental practices • Partner with sales, marketing, customer service, and product development teams • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports • Manage contract negotiations and renewals for strategic accounts
• Minimum grade 12 education • A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred • Proven experience in strategic account management • Strong knowledge of dental products, services, and technologies • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong problem solving abilities • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
