📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and iterate on Zip’s core Oracle EBS R12 integration templates • Ensure integrations deliver scalable, repeatable, and robust customer implementations • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to align integration templates with product architecture, field insights, and customer needs • Analyze complex customer implementations and convert reusable data mapping patterns and system nuances into standardized internal assets • Support pre-sales engineering by designing and vetting integration architectures with account teams • Define, document, and champion technical solution consulting best practices • Build expertise across additional ERP ecosystems and Zip’s App Studio • Design and execute scalable solutions while working directly with API configurations and template modifications • Report to Engineering and collaborate with EPD and customer-facing technical consultant teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience delivering integrations with Oracle EBS or Oracle environments • Strong foundational knowledge of core Oracle EBS business processes, schema layouts, and data models, specifically within Oracle Purchasing (PO), Payables (AP), and General Ledger (GL) • Familiarity with standard Oracle EBS integration methods, including Open Interface Tables, Public APIs/PL-SQL Packages, Oracle Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG), and REST/SOAP services • Familiarity with iPaaS tools preferred • Experience working with XML / REST based endpoints and standard authentication protocols • Past ERP implementation, integration, configuration or administration experience required • Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge • Comfortable working with API documentation • Comfortable testing and troubleshooting integration errors • Able to understand customer requirements and document that information quickly, with little oversight • A continual learner and open to learning new technologies • Strong communication skills • Extreme attention to detail and proactive approach • Experience working with product and engineering teams • Process-driven with a strong bias toward continuous improvement
