📋 Description
• Drive sales performance within the assigned geography by utilizing solution selling and territory management • Meet and exceed overall sales objectives (quota) for key growth products • Build effective relationships with and service targeted hospitals / personnel • Develop and implement SMART goals across the Zoetis portfolio • Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies based on needs
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred, Associate degree required • Animal Health experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine preferred • Success in previous roles including creatively finding opportunities or solving problems to drive sales performance • Uses analytics and insights to enhance decision-making and tactical execution • Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, and ability to learn Zoetis systems)
