• Provide onsite product support to specific customer accounts, typically by contract • Provide product support onsite and via telephone • Assist customers with application of equipment • Escalate customer-related issues to CQA Regional Management • Troubleshoot products onsite and coordinate with ZOLL Tech Support to document service and support activity • Perform onsite preventive maintenance for service-agreement devices and accounts • Support deployments or preventive maintenance for other regional customers as directed by the Manager • Maintain customer-specific service activity information • Prepare monthly customer-status reports • Provide software upgrades as requested • Secure and maintain test equipment and comply with calibration and rotation schedules • Participate in assigned special projects • Participate in customer meetings with service management and CQA regional managers to address concerns and formulate action plans
• Technical Degree (2 year minimum) or equivalent work experience required • Prior work experience interfacing with external customers preferred • Valid driver’s license required • Credit card in good standing for travel-related expenses required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to meet defined objectives • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Organizational skills • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office • Up to 90% travel required depending on customer needs • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination • Ability to work in conditions including occasional extreme cold, extreme heat, humidity, wet environments, and frequent noise
