• Drive business growth by partnering with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations • Plan, execute, and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) projects demonstrating product capabilities and business ROI • Form lasting customer relationships to ensure success, facilitate smooth onboarding, and cultivate Zscaler product champions • Act as the voice of the customer by channeling insights to the development team to shape the product roadmap and feature scoping • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Zscaler offerings, developing business value propositions, and monitoring competitor products
• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering or consulting • Knowledgeable in Generative AI, cybersecurity, data science or adjacent technical domains • Excellent communication skills for both technical deep-dives and clear executive briefings • Proven ability in solving complex technical challenges and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously • BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
